Fugitive Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi has died of wounds sustained during his capture after NTC forces took over his hometown and stronghold of Sirte. The first image made by a cellphone camera has recently been released.

Breaking news: Muammar Gaddafi captured, killed in gun battle.

TRIPOLI — Deposed Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi has been captured and wounded in both legs, National Transitional Council (NTC) official Abdel Majid said on Thursday.

“He’s captured. He’s wounded in both legs … He’s been taken away by ambulance,” the senior NTC military official told Reuters by telephone.

The U.S. State Department says it cannot confirm the capture, though a Libyan government fighter in Sirte tells Reuters he was an eyewitness. The fighter says Gaddafi was hiding in a hole shouting “Don’t shoot, don’t shoot.”

Bizarre reports from the Volta Region say a 70-year-old lady has given birth to snakes at a fetish shrine in Kpando. The lady is reported to have first given birth to a green-skinned snake which measured seven feet, and another one which had two heads. Ten days later, she reportedly gave birth to two more snakes, with one dead.

The old lady was said to be based in Accra and had carried a protruded belly which looked like pregnancy for the past 31 years.

After combing through several hospitals for years and not finding a cure to her protruded belly, she was said to have been taken to a fetish shrine by name ‘God is King’ at Agorneme, near Kpando Zongo.

I can't even comprehend this at all. The baby you see his picture below is Etimbuk John. 
His step brother chopped off his right arm like you can see in the picture after a quarrel 
with his step mother, the little one's mother. Imagine that a human chops off your hand 
as an adult, the pain you would feel, how much more, a three weeks old baby? What kind 
of world are we living in for God's sake?. I don't want to know the reason whoever did this 
did it. The long story is not needed at all. What can an innocent one like this do to anyone?

Police Salary Stolen From Police Bank

Hopes of scores of policemen in Lagos State, southwest Nigeria, to receive their September salaries were dashed this morning as the N11.7 million meant for their salaries has been stolen. P.M.NEWS investigation this morning revealed that the  money was stolen from the Nigerian Police Force Micro Finance Bank situated within Ikeja Police College at GRA. The money was paid into the bank on Friday yet there was no sign of burglary when it was discovered missing this morning. When P.M.NEWS visited the bank today at about 10.1 5 a.m., a large number of policemen who stormed the bank were disappointed as they could not collect their salary.

When I was 15, I was homeless, me and my mom were homeless – my mother’s my only family – so I took it upon myself to go out and make money. I was a hustler, that’s what I did. I wasn’t a prostitute, I didn’t trick off. I was well respected in Sue’s [Strip Club]. People that know me over at Sue’s, they love me over there. There’s a lot of guys in the industry that go there – A LOT – and they all tried to holla and they never got the time of day with me because I went to work, I made my money and I went home, I paid my bills and I took care of my mother. That’s it. So the men in the industry that been there and saw me and tried to holla, they know what it is.

Sayeed’s friends forced him to get a paternity test after the baby’s arrival as Scott had been seen around Jay-Z.

“Malik threw Shenelle a baby shower and bought all this stuff to prepare for the arrival. However, after the baby was born, friends and family told him he needed to get a DNA test,” a source told the magazine.

Pregnant Woman Burnt By Husband Narrates Her Ordeal

Mrs. Ifeoma Egeonu, the pregnant mother of two, who was set ablaze by her husband, last Saturday, has recounted the sad experience even as she expressed her readiness to forgive the offending husband. Ifeoma and her two children were set ablaze by her hubby, Mr. Alexander Ndubuisi Egeonu, popularly called Sagay, inside his container-shop for undisclosed reason. The husband had been on the run since the incident happened.

Speaking to Daily Sun on her hospital bed at the National Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu, where she was transferred to from the Eastern Nigeria Medical Centre, Ifeoma expressed shock and surprise about the action of her husband.
