MC Loph’s fiancée, Nkiru Orji has been discharged from the Imperial Hospital, as she has now partly recovered from the wounds she sustained in the fatal auto crash that sadly killed MC Loph, his only sister and cousin. According to a source, Nkiru didn’t lose her pregnancy and is now in a much better condition.
MC Loph’s burial plans which were released by his family, with inputs from Morgan Entertainment and friends, had stated that they will begin his final journey on Sunday, October 23,2011,with a candle light procession and tribute concert at Ojez Quadrangle, National Stadium,Surulere,Lagos. There will be another tribute concert at Emmans House, Choice Hotel, Akwa (Anambra State) on Wednesday, October 26, while a Christian wake keep will take place on Thursday, October 27.The brilliant Osondi Owendi rap artist will be buried at his hometown, Anambra State (the late Kenneth Nwozor’s compound) on Friday, October 28.
Making matters worse, a lady appeared just a few days after the death of MC Loph, claiming that she has a male child for the deceased. Said to be from Anambra State, a close friend of the late singer, who preferred not to be mentioned, stated that Loph had once told him about a lady who was claiming to be carrying his baby. Further findings revealed that late MC Loph’s record label, Morgan Entertainment had now taken over his mum’s well being. The label which has started to pay Loph’s mum (a retired teacher) a monthly salary of N30,000 also added that she will benefit from her late son’s last record label for life.
